Doula is a Greek word for a woman who helps other women. Over time, it has come to mean a woman who provides physical, emotional & informational support to the mother before, during and after childbirth. We reclaim this role as full-spectrum support guiding women through the expansive journey of motherhood—from preconception to pregnancy and postpartum.

Not quite! Our core service is more of a private chef experience. We create personalized meal plans each week to match each mother’s recovery needs. We also offer prenatal nutritional resources & counseling for mothers and community support and continuing education for doulas & care professionals.

Yes! You can purchase a Birth Recovery package, or Gift Card to go to the mother’s choice of services. We’ll collect the mama’s information at checkout to coordinate delivery.
