A season of guidance shaped entirely around where your practice is and where it wants to go. We begin with a conversation. From there, I create a roadmap for our work, and we walk it together, session by session, with support in the spaces between.

We meet for 60 minutes on Zoom, guided by your intake & questions
Your Care Plan
Receive your written care plan within 48 hours of our call, plus two weeks of voice-note support

Connection Call
Fill out an intake call before out initial conversation. We’ll spend 30 minutes to discuss your intention and vision for our sessions together
Roadmap Proposal
A custom plan for our work together, delivered within one week of our call
Hearth Sessions
Each one-hour session dives into topics from your roadmap, scheduled every two to three weeks. In-person and/or hands-on kitchen sessions available in Austin.
Integration Practices
Gentle “homework” and follow-up resources, delivered within 48 hours of each session.
Voice Note Support
Responses within 24 hours throughout our container, for the questions that surface between sessions.

Doulas, chefs, herbalists, birthworkers, caregivers — and the women who don’t yet have a name for what they’re becoming. If you feed and tend others, or feel called to, this is a space for you to held.

No. Mentorship is open to women at every stage — before training, during, after, or on an entirely different path. If you’re considering the training, this mentorship is a beautiful way to discern whether it’s your next step.

Then you are exactly who this is for. You don’t arrive at this work qualified — you arrive called. We’ll start where you are.

The training is the full transmission of this work, taught in cohort, on a set curriculum. Mentorship is one-to-one and shaped entirely around you — your questions, your practice, your season. Many women use mentorship to move toward the training, or to keep growing after it.

The container is complete in itself. If you’d like to keep going, I’ll hold your introductory rate through the end of the year — we can shape the next season together during our work.

Reschedule freely up to 24 hours before our time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but I will work with you to rebook within sixty days.
